About us

What is LGBT@Work?

The goal of LGBT@Work is to promote the free exchange of ideas and provide a unique networking platform for LGBT+ students, professionals and allies.

Speakers, sponsors and attendees from all around the world join LGBT@Work, creating a truly diverse, international and welcoming learning experience.

THEME 2019

Inclusive leaders are those who are aware of their own biases and preferences, actively seek out and consider different views and perspectives to inform better decision-making. They see diverse talent as a source of competitive advantage and inspire diverse people to drive organisational and individual performance towards a shared vision. Inspired by this vision, we have decided to make the 2019 theme "Inclusive Leadership". We hope to set the stage for speakers to tell their stories of inclusiveness in a way that motivates attendees to become advocates for change.
